UNO Graduate, Project Engineer (Private Sector), Renovator (Residential & Commercial: Owner at Audubon Exteriors & Interiors LLC), Project Coordinator (State of Louisiana), State Board Certified in the following: Pre-license Home Inspector Educator, Continued Education Provider, SOP & Report Writing Instructor, Licensed Structural Pest Control Technician under the State Board of Agriculture & Forestry…..as well as…. Born and raised NOLA & currently reside in Covington, and best of all Father of 2 amazing sons.
It is an Honor to have Former Sergeant at 82nd Airborne Division, Dominic Mercante, on the Property Inspectors Team. Among being a Veteran of the Armed Forces, Dominic also serves as a dedicated Cross-fit Instructor. Dominic grew up & still resides in Mandeville. He has a strong background in construction (Residential & Commercial) … as well as… being a Custom Concrete Fabricator (concrete counter tops). Dominic is ready to fully perform as your Licensed Inspector and provide you with the service and dedication you deserve.
Our Director of First Impressions, and the one who keeps us all on point, Chelsea Latimer, is here to ensure you receive the “Above & Beyond” experience. Chelsea has a long history in the Home Inspection Industry …as well as… the Pest Control Industry. She was born in St. Petersburg, FL & now resides in Abita Springs.
